We provide samples to help customers check our quality before bulk production. Since every sample is made on request, these orders are non-refundable.
However, if a sample arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as agreed, we will provide a free replacement. Shipping costs for samples are usually the customer’s responsibility unless a prior agreement is made.

2. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are manufactured according to confirmed designs, logos, sizes, and colors. For this reason, bulk orders cannot be refunded once approved.
Still, if any item contains manufacturing defects, incorrect specifications, or arrives damaged in transit, we will either replace the product or issue a refund/credit note.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Supporting evidence such as photos or videos should be provided for faster resolution

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • No returns are accepted for products that were customized and approved before production.

When a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
If a replacement is required, new products will be manufactured and shipped within a standard lead time.
For defective or incorrect products, Esprit Sportswear will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, customers must cover the shipping.

Orders can be canceled before production begins. If production has started, cancellation may not be possible or partial charges may apply.

Once production has begun (after sample/design approval), standard cancellation policies apply; fees may be deducted to cover materials and labor used.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
